Branford Manor settled allegations that the owner and the management companies failed, among other things, to properly maintain the tenants' apartments at Branford Manor during the time period and that the tenants suffered injuries and financial loss as a result. Branford Manor denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.
