# Brevard Skin & Cancer Center Data Breach Settlement

DRS Roberts & Bryan PA d/b/a Brevard Skin & Cancer Center settled allegations that during the September 2025 targeted cyberattack on its computer systems, certain files that contained private information, such as names, dates of birth, home addresses, billing and claims information, Social Security numbers and diagnosis and clinical information, were accessed. DRS Roberts & Bryan PA d/b/a Brevard Skin & Cancer Center denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

A settlement over the September 2025 targeted cyberattack on the computer systems of Brevard Skin & Cancer Center, in which files that may have contained names, dates of birth, home addresses, billing and claims information, Social Security numbers and diagnosis and clinical information were accessed. Class Members can claim reimbursement of documented losses up to $2,500.00 or a one-time $45.00 cash payment, plus one year of medical data monitoring.
