Community Dental Care settled allegations that during the December 2024 targeted cyberattack on its computer systems, certain files that contained private information, such as names, health insurance information, dates of birth, medical information and Social Security numbers, were accessed by an unauthorized actor. A settlement over the December 2024 targeted cyberattack on the computer systems of Community Dental Care, a Minnesota-based nonprofit dental services provider, in which files that may have contained names, health insurance information, dates of birth, medical information and Social Security numbers were allegedly accessed. Class Members can claim reimbursement of documented losses up to $5,000.00 or a one-time $50.00 cash payment, plus two years of medical and credit monitoring.
