# Dr. Squatch “Natural” Products Settlement

Dr. Squatch, LLC settled allegations that it represented that certain of its products were natural even though the products contained certain ingredients the plaintiffs alleged were synthetic. Dr. Squatch, LLC denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

A $9,000,000 settlement of Guzman et al. v. Dr. Squatch, LLC, a class action over Dr. Squatch personal care products labeled “natural” — including its bar soap, body wash, deodorant, shampoo, cologne and toothpaste — that allegedly contained synthetic ingredients. People who bought Covered Products in the United States between November 1, 2018 and August 29, 2026 can file a claim for a pro rata share of the settlement fund.
