FitOn Video Privacy Settlement

FitOn, Inc. settled allegations that it violated the Video Privacy Protection Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2710, and otherwise violated the privacy of the Settlement Class by disclosing its subscribers' personally identifiable information to third parties without consent. FitOn, Inc. denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

Who is eligible

Subscribers of the FitOn service whose personally identifiable information was disclosed to third parties during the class period, as identified in the Settlement Class definition.

How you get paid

Members of the Settlement Class may submit a Claim Form to receive a cash payment of $10.00, subject to pro rata reduction if approved claims exceed the Net Settlement Benefit Cap of $2,500,000.00.
