FitOn, Inc. settled allegations that it violated the Video Privacy Protection Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2710, and otherwise violated the privacy of the Settlement Class by disclosing its subscribers' personally identifiable information to third parties without consent. FitOn, Inc. denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.
