# FN Logistics California Wage and Hour Settlement

FN Logistics, LLC settled allegations that it and/or its staffing agencies violated California laws by failing to pay all overtime wages, failing to pay minimum wages, failing to timely pay wages, failing to reimburse expenses, failing to provide required meal periods or rest breaks, failing to provide accurate itemized wage statements, failing to provide sick days and sick pay, failing to provide suitable seating, and failing to maintain suitable temperatures. FN Logistics, LLC denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

A settlement of an employee class action against FN Logistics, LLC for alleged wage and hour violations in California, covering hourly, non-exempt employees and temporary workers placed through staffing agencies. FN Logistics will pay $5,565,000.00 as the Gross Settlement Amount; after Court-approved deductions, the rest is paid to Participating Class Members based on their workweeks during the class period. Class Members who received mailed notice do not need to do anything; others must file a Claim Form. The Court still has to decide whether to grant Final Approval.

If you did not receive a mailed copy of the Notice, you will need to fill out and file the Claim Form by October 26, 2026; the Claim Form is subject to review and approval to confirm that you are in fact in the Settlement Class. |
