Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies U.S.A., Inc. settled allegations that a Data Incident that took place in the summer of 2025 resulted in the potential unauthorized access to or acquisition of Private Information of its current and former employees, including name, Social Security number, date of birth, driver’s license information, passport number, retirement account information and medical information.
