# Highlands Oncology Group Data Breach Settlement

Highlands Oncology Group settled allegations that during the June 2025 targeted cyberattack on its computer systems, certain files that contained private information were accessed, which may have included names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical treatment information and health insurance policy information. Highlands Oncology Group denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

A settlement resolving a class action over the June 2025 cyberattack on the computer systems of Highlands Oncology Group in Arkansas. Class Members may enroll in three years of medical identity monitoring and choose one of two cash payments: reimbursement of documented losses, or a one-time $50.00 payment that requires no proof.
