# Kornit Digital Securities Settlement

Kornit Digital Ltd. settled allegations that it and certain of its executives made material misrepresentations and omissions related to Kornit’s business and operations that caused the price of Kornit ordinary shares to be inflated, and that the price declined when the truth was disclosed.
