American Well Corp. denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

A settlement with American Well Corp. (Amwell) over the Appointment Booking Tool on the LiveHealth Online website and apps. The settlement website states a Settlement Fund of $2,037,751.46. Class Members who file a valid claim receive an equal pro rata share, estimated at approximately $51.14 to $102.29.
