OneTouchPoint Corp. settled allegations that a cybersecurity incident it suffered in April 2022 resulted in potential compromise of the Private Information of current and former patients or subscribers of its clients and of its employees. OneTouchPoint Corp. denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

A settlement resolving a class action over a cybersecurity incident suffered by OneTouchPoint Corp. in April 2022 that resulted in potential compromise of the Private Information of current and former patients or subscribers of OTP’s clients and of OTP employees. Monetary Settlement Class Members can claim reimbursement of losses, payment for time spent, or an alternative cash payment, plus credit monitoring.
