# Twin Cities Pain Clinic Data Breach Settlement

Twin Cities Pain Clinic settled allegations that during the July 2025 Data Incident, certain files that may have contained private information of its patients were accessed. Twin Cities Pain Clinic denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

A settlement of a class action over a business email compromise that targeted one Twin Cities Pain Clinic employee email account in July 2025. Files accessed may have contained names, dates of birth, contact details, financial account and health insurance information, Social Security numbers, medical records numbers and treatment notes. Class Members may claim credit monitoring and one of two cash payment options. The Court still has to decide whether to approve the settlement at the Final Approval Hearing on January 20, 2027.
