# Twist Bioscience Securities Settlement

Twist Bioscience Corporation settled allegations that it and two of its executives violated the federal securities laws by making false and misleading statements concerning Twist’s production process, product quality, and accounting, and regarding its internal controls and financial results. Twist Bioscience Corporation denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

A $17,050,000.00 settlement of a securities class action brought by investors who bought or acquired Twist Bioscience common stock in its December 2020 Offering or between December 20, 2018 and November 15, 2022. If you bought or acquired the stock in that window and were damaged, you may be able to claim a share of the fund with documentation of your trades. The Court still has to decide whether to approve the settlement at a hearing on November 18, 2026.
