# Walmart Weighted Goods Settlement

Walmart Inc. settled allegations that persons who purchased at Walmart Stores certain sold-by-weight meat, poultry, pork, and seafood products (referred to as “Weighted Goods”) and certain organic oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, and navel oranges sold in bulk in mesh or plastic bags (referred to as “Bagged Citrus”) paid more than the lowest in-store advertised price for those products. Walmart Inc. denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

A settlement of Kukorinis v. Walmart Inc., a class action over the price charged for sold-by-weight meat, poultry, pork and seafood products and for bagged citrus at Walmart stores. The claim filing deadline of June 5, 2024 has passed — the settlement website states no new Claim Forms should be submitted, as they will be rejected without further notice — and its December 2025 update states payments to Approved Claimants have been distributed.
