Wayne Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, Inc. d/b/a Wayne Memorial Hospital settled allegations that it was negligent or otherwise responsible for failing to prevent the Data Incident discovered on or around June 3, 2024, in which certain files may have been accessed without authorization between approximately May 30, 2024 to June 3, 2024.
