Every figure on a settlement page — the amount, the claim deadline, who is eligible, the proof required — is copied from that settlement's own official site, word for word. Never from another directory, and never from a news story about the settlement. Each page lists the documents it draws from, with the publisher and a link, directly under the facts. You can check every number at its source without taking our word for anything. ## Nothing here is written by an AI No figure on this site is summarised, rephrased, estimated, or generated. The programs that build these pages copy strings of text and compare them; they have no ability to write one. Where an official site states an amount as a range or a maximum, the page carries that wording intact. A number without the limit that bounds it would promise something the settlement does not. ## Every page is re-read each week Once a week, the settlement pages are rebuilt from scratch: each official site is downloaded again and every published figure is matched against it, character for character. Each page shows the date it was last checked. If a figure no longer matches, the page is not quietly corrected — the update stops. When the official site of a settlement that is still open goes dark for three weeks running, its page comes down on its own rather than keep showing numbers nobody can verify any more. ## Closed settlements stay up When a claim deadline passes, the page stays online, marked as closed, and loses its claim button. Removing it would erase the record of a settlement that existed; leaving the button would invite a claim that can no longer be filed. ## The official notices, hosted here 81 court-approved notices are hosted on this site as copies, each one linked back to the original that published it. They are the documents the court itself approved — not our summary of them. Claims for these settlements are handled by 16 claims administrators, each with a page listing the settlements it runs. We do not vouch for any of them, and we are not affiliated with any of them. ## What this site never does We never file, submit, or complete a claim for anyone. We never ask you for the information a claim form asks for. We never imitate a settlement's official site, and we are not a law firm — nothing here is legal advice.
