American College of Medical Quality, Inc. settled allegations that it sent an unsolicited fax advertisement in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and of the common law of trespass to chattels and conversion. American College of Medical Quality, Inc. denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.
A settlement over unsolicited fax advertisements sent on August 6-10, 2022. Class Members can claim a cash payment that will not exceed $500.00.
