Pfizer settled allegations that it sold the smoking-cessation drug Chantix that was allegedly affected by the issues described in the litigation. Pfizer denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

A settlement for people who bought Chantix in the United States between September 29, 2015 and September 17, 2021. Consumers who file a claim share the settlement fund, paid on a pro rata basis according to how much they paid.

How do you get paid?

Consumers who submit a Claim Form receive a pro rata share based on the amount they paid for Chantix, capped at 20% of the Available Settlement Fund. Payments depend on the number and size of valid claims.

Proof of purchase supports a claim. The Claim Form explains what is accepted; you can submit it online or by mail.
