A settlement over a September 2023 targeted cyberattack on Aspire Health Alliance's computer systems that potentially accessed files containing patients' private information. Eligible people can claim reimbursement for documented losses or receive an automatic pro rata cash payment, plus medical data monitoring.

Who is eligible
All living individuals who were sent notice by Aspire that their private information may have been impacted in the September 2023 data incident.
How you get paid
Cash Payment A — reimbursement of documented out-of-pocket losses up to $2,500; or, for those who do not claim Cash Payment A, Cash Payment B — an automatic equal pro rata share of the net settlement fund. All Settlement Class Members also receive one year of CyEx Medical Shield medical data monitoring.
Proof required
Cash Payment B is received automatically and requires no documentation. For Cash Payment A, proof such as receipts showing the expense resulted from the incident; personal certifications or affidavits alone are not sufficient.
