- A one-time $50.00 Alternate Cash payment (no proof required), or reimbursement of documented out-of-pocket losses up to $2,000.00. All class members may also claim two years of CyEx Financial Shield Complete credit monitoring.
- Proof required
- The Alternate Cash payment requires no proof. Documented-loss claims require reasonable documentation (e.g. receipts) showing the expense resulted from the incident; self-prepared statements alone are not sufficient.
