Gas Express, LLC d/b/a Circle K settled allegations that a May 2024 targeted cyberattack accessed files that may have contained personal information such as names and Social Security numbers. Gas Express, LLC d/b/a Circle K denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

A settlement over a May 2024 targeted cyberattack on Circle K (Gas Express, LLC) computer systems, in which files containing Private Information were accessed. People sent notice may be able to claim a cash payment or reimbursement of documented losses, plus credit monitoring.

How do you get paid?

A one-time $50.00 Alternate Cash payment (no proof required), or reimbursement of documented out-of-pocket losses up to $2,000.00. All class members may also claim two years of CyEx Financial Shield Complete credit monitoring.

What proof do you need?

The Alternate Cash payment requires no proof. Documented-loss claims require reasonable documentation (e.g. receipts) showing the expense resulted from the incident; self-prepared statements alone are not sufficient.
