A pro-rata cash payment of roughly $125 (adjusted up or down based on the money left in the fund), or reimbursement of documented out-of-pocket losses up to $5,000. The two may be combined.
Proof required
The pro-rata cash payment requires no documentation. For documented out-of-pocket losses, documentation showing the expense resulted from the incident. Filing requires the details from your mailed notice.
