Derick Dermatology PLLC settled allegations in a case the official settlement website describes as follows: “The material allegations of the complaint center on Defendant’s alleged disclosure of information to third parties via pixels, cookies, code, and/or tracking or analytics tools on Defendant’s website for which Plaintiff asserts claims for violation of the Federal Wiretap Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2510, et seq., breach of fiduciary duty/confidentiality, invasion of privacy, breach of implied contract, unjust enrichment, and negligence.” Derick Dermatology PLLC denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

The deadline to file a claim was July 21, 2026.
