Who is eligible

Living U.S. residents whose private information was implicated in the February 2024 Dohman data incident and who were notified.

How you get paid

An alternate flat cash payment of $50 (no proof), or reimbursement of documented out-of-pocket losses up to $5,000. All class members may also enroll in one year of credit monitoring with $1M identity-theft insurance.

Proof required

The $50 flat payment requires no documentation. For documented losses, proof such as bank statements or receipts showing the expense resulted from the incident. Filing requires the Login ID and PIN from your mailed notice.
