Reimbursement of documented ordinary losses up to $300 and extraordinary losses up to $5,000, plus lost time at $25.00 per hour up to a maximum of $100.00; or an alternative cash payment expected to be $75. Cash benefits are subject to a $250,000 aggregate cap and may be reduced pro rata. Credit monitoring is also available.
