How you get paid

Reimbursement of documented ordinary losses up to $300 and extraordinary losses up to $5,000, plus lost time; or an alternative cash payment expected to be $75. Cash benefits are subject to a $250,000 aggregate cap and may be reduced pro rata. Credit monitoring is also available.

Proof required

Documented-loss claims require proof such as receipts; the $75 alternative cash payment requires no documentation.
