How you get paid
Reimbursement of up to $2,000 for documented out-of-pocket expenses, up to $5,000 for documented identity-theft or fraud losses, and lost time at $20 per hour up to four hours ($80) — or, as an alternative, a one-time $50 cash payment. Class members may also enroll in one year of CyEx Medical Shield Total monitoring.
Proof required
The out-of-pocket, identity-theft, and lost-time reimbursements require documentation of the claimed losses. The $50 alternative payment and the monitoring enrollment require no proof.
