People whose private information was accessed, compromised, or stolen in the data breach STIIIZY announced on January 7, 2025, with a subclass for California residents who did business with STIIIZY.

How do you get paid?

A pro rata cash payment from a $2,950,000 fund (California class members receive twice the share of non-California members), or reimbursement of up to $7,500 for money spent protecting against the breach. All class members may also elect two years of credit monitoring and insurance services, including identity-theft insurance.

What proof do you need?

The pro rata cash payment requires only a Claim Form, with no documentation. The reimbursement option requires records (such as receipts) of money lost or spent as a result of the breach.
