ADT LLC settled allegations that a former ADT Technician was not fully compensated for all time worked. ADT LLC denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

A collective action settlement under the Fair Labor Standards Act for ADT Technicians and Technician Engineers engaged outside California between November 18, 2021 and November 30, 2024. The claim filing deadline of July 8, 2025 has passed.

How do you get paid?

The official notice states that ADT agreed to pay up to a maximum settlement amount of $2,500,000.00, to be allocated among the Named Plaintiff, the Opt-In Plaintiffs and the Class Members, as well as to pay attorneys' fees, litigation costs and the expenses of administering the settlement. Technicians who returned a completed Consent Form received an estimated settlement payment.
