Refresco Beverages Washington Job Posting Pay Transparency Settlement

Refresco Beverages US Inc. settled allegations that it violated the pay transparency provision of the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities Act, RCW 49.58.110, by failing to disclose wage and benefits information in job postings for open Washington positions. Refresco Beverages US Inc. denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

People who applied for a job opening in Washington with Refresco Beverages US Inc. between January 1, 2023, and June 5, 2026, where the job posting did not disclose the wage scale or salary range for the position.

How you get paid

All Settlement Class Members who submit a timely, valid Claim Form receive an equal share of the settlement fund. The estimated payment amount is printed on the Claim Form mailed with the notice. Payments are treated as non-wage damages (1099).

Proof required

No documentation of loss is required. You must complete and return the Claim Form you received with the notice, online, by email or by mail, by the deadline.
