Directors and officers of the defendant, governmental entities, and the assigned Judge, the Judge's immediate family and Court staff are excluded.

How do you get paid?

The official site offers two years of credit monitoring and medical monitoring with CyEx Medical Shield Complete, which comes with $1 million of medical identity theft insurance. Class members could instead claim reimbursement of documented out-of-pocket losses due to the Data Incident of up to $5,000.00, or up to four hours of time spent responding to it at $20.00 per hour for a maximum of $80.00, or a one-time $50.00 cash payment.
