Anthropic Copyright Settlement

Anthropic PBC settled allegations that it infringed protected copyrights by downloading works in two allegedly pirated online datasets called Library Genesis (LibGen) and Pirate Library Mirror (PiLiMi). Anthropic PBC denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.
