Bayhealth Medical Center Inc. settled allegations that it used third-party tracking technologies, called “tracking pixels,” on its website in a way that violates certain privacy laws. Bayhealth Medical Center Inc. denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

Who is eligible
All Bayhealth patient portal users who used the Bayhealth Web Properties (including the Bayhealth MyChart patient portal) between January 1, 2019, and December 31, 2025.
How you get paid
All Class Members may claim one year of CyEx Privacy Shield, plus a one-time $25.00 cash payment. You do not have to provide any proof or explanation to claim the cash payment.
