Call-On-Doc Website Tracking Settlement
Call-On-Doc, Inc. settled allegations that its use of third-party tracking technologies, called “tracking pixels,” on its web pages was against certain California laws. Call-On-Doc, Inc. denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.
A settlement over the use of third-party tracking pixels on Call-On-Doc's web pages, which the lawsuit says shared visitors' information in a way California law does not allow. Class Members can claim a cash payment with no proof required.

- All individuals who created an account with Call-On-Doc while in California from November 7, 2023 to the date of Final Judgment; and all individuals who were registered users and started to book appointments for medical care in California from November 7, 2021 to the date of Final Judgment.

- All Class Members are eligible to submit a claim for a cash payment. Class Members will receive up to $20.00.
