Call-On-Doc, Inc. settled allegations that its use of third-party tracking technologies, called “tracking pixels,” on its web pages was against certain California laws. Call-On-Doc, Inc. denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

A settlement over the use of third-party tracking pixels on Call-On-Doc's web pages, which the lawsuit says shared visitors' information in a way California law does not allow. Class Members can claim a cash payment with no proof required.

All individuals who created an account with Call-On-Doc while in California from November 7, 2023 to the date of Final Judgment; and all individuals who were registered users and started to book appointments for medical care in California from November 7, 2021 to the date of Final Judgment.

All Class Members are eligible to submit a claim for a cash payment. Class Members will receive up to $20.00.
