How do you get paid?

Every Class Member may enroll in one year of the CyEx Privacy Shield Pro product. Each Class Member who files a timely, valid claim may also select a cash payment of $25.50.

What proof do you need?

No documentation of loss is required. You must complete and submit a Claim Form online, by email or by mail by the deadline.
