Crimson Wine Group, Ltd. settled allegations that during a June 2024 targeted cyberattack on its computer systems, certain files that contained Private Information were accessed. Crimson Wine Group, Ltd. denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

A settlement over a June 2024 cyberattack on Crimson Wine Group's computer systems, in which files containing names, Social Security numbers and financial account information were allegedly accessed. Class Members can claim credit monitoring plus either documented losses or a flat cash payment.

All individuals residing in the United States whose Private Information was accessed and/or acquired by an unauthorized party as a result of the data breach reported by Crimson Wine Group in June 2024.

How do you get paid?

Every Class Member may claim 2 years of Credit Monitoring Services, plus either reimbursement of documented out-of-pocket losses up to $5,000.00, or a one-time pro rata cash payment estimated at $100.00.

What proof do you need?

The estimated $100.00 cash payment requires no proof. Documented losses require supporting documentation such as bank, credit card or debit card statements showing the expense.
