GeoLogics Corporation settled allegations that during a December 2023 targeted cyberattack on its computer systems, certain files that contained private information were accessed. GeoLogics Corporation denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

A settlement over a December 2023 cyberattack on GeoLogics' computer systems, in which files containing names, addresses, dates of birth, driver's licenses and Social Security numbers were allegedly accessed. Class Members can claim credit monitoring plus a cash payment.

Who is eligible?

All individuals residing in the United States whose Private Information was compromised in the Data Incident affecting GeoLogics starting on approximately December 21, 2023, including all those who received notice of the Data Incident.

How do you get paid?

Every Class Member may enroll in two years of credit monitoring that includes $1 million of identity theft protection insurance, plus either reimbursement of documented out-of-pocket losses up to $2,500.00, or a one-time alternative cash payment expected to be $50.00.

What proof do you need?

The $50.00 alternative cash payment requires no proof or explanation. Documented losses require supporting documentation such as bank statements or receipts.
