How you get paid
Either Cash Payment A — reimbursement of up to $5,000 in out-of-pocket losses per claimant (subject to pro rata adjustment) — or Cash Payment B, an estimated $100 cash payment (also subject to pro rata adjustment). All valid claimants may also claim one year of one-bureau credit monitoring.
Proof required
Cash Payment A requires documentation of the claimed out-of-pocket losses. Cash Payment B and the credit-monitoring benefit require no proof.
