Who is eligible

Individuals whose private information may have been compromised in the March 2024 Lee University data breach, including those who received notice from Lee University.

How you get paid

Either Cash Payment A — reimbursement of up to $5,000 in out-of-pocket losses per claimant (subject to pro rata adjustment) — or Cash Payment B, an estimated $100 cash payment (also subject to pro rata adjustment). All valid claimants may also claim one year of one-bureau credit monitoring.

Proof required

Cash Payment A requires documentation of the claimed out-of-pocket losses. Cash Payment B and the credit-monitoring benefit require no proof.
