Toyota settled allegations that certain of its vehicles were equipped with airbag control units that could fail to deploy the airbags in a crash. Toyota denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

How you get paid

The Settlement provides cash and credits, an Extended New Parts Warranty, loaner vehicle payments and reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses. What each Class Member receives depends on the benefit claimed and on the number of valid claims.

Proof required

Proof depends on the benefit claimed. Out-of-pocket reimbursement requires documentation of the expense, such as a repair invoice or rental receipt.
