Moodswings, LLC settled allegations that it failed to timely disclose Service Charges for online purchases of tickets to its shows in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, New York, and Tennessee during certain periods. Moodswings, LLC denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

A settlement for people who bought tickets online to Moodswings shows (including Mesmerica, Beautifica and Astronomica) in six states, over service charges that were allegedly not disclosed in time. Class Members can choose a cash payment or a discount code.

How do you get paid?

Class Members may either do nothing and receive a Discount Code for 25% off one future ticket purchase, or submit an Approved Claim for a Cash Payment. The Discount Code is single-use, transferable, and applies to any Moodswings show in the United States.

What proof do you need?

No documentation is required. To receive the cash payment, submit a valid Claim Form by the deadline.
