Legends Hospitality Data Incidents Settlement

Legends Hospitality, LLC settled allegations that during targeted cyberattacks on its computer systems in November 2024, December 2024 and January 2025, certain files that contained Private Information were accessed. Legends Hospitality, LLC denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.
A settlement over three cyberattacks on Legends Hospitality's computer systems, in which files containing Social Security numbers, driver's licence numbers, financial information and medical information were allegedly accessed. Class Members can claim credit monitoring plus a cash payment.

All living individuals residing in the United States who had information potentially impacted in the Data Incidents and/or were notified of the Data Incidents by Legends Hospitality.
How do you get paid?
Every Class Member may enroll in three years of CyEx Financial Shield Total, which comes with $1 million of financial fraud insurance, plus either reimbursement of documented out-of-pocket losses up to $5,000.00, or a one-time alternate cash payment estimated at $200.00.

The estimated $200.00 alternate cash payment requires no proof or explanation. Documented losses must have occurred between November 9, 2024, and August 19, 2026, and require supporting documentation.
