Okanogan Behavioral Healthcare settled allegations that an unauthorized party accessed its systems and certain files containing patients' sensitive and personal information, including names, contact information, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver's license numbers and medical information. Okanogan Behavioral Healthcare denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.
A settlement over a May 2024 data incident at Okanogan Behavioral Healthcare, in which files containing patients' personal and medical information were allegedly accessed without authorization. Class Members can claim reimbursement plus credit monitoring or a flat cash payment.

How do you get paid?
Every Class Member who files a valid claim may receive reimbursement of up to $300.00 for documented ordinary out-of-pocket expenses and up to $5,000.00 for documented extraordinary losses, and may elect either two years of CyEx Medical Shield Complete credit monitoring (with $1,000,000.00 of identity theft protection insurance) or a one-time $50.00 Alternative Cash Payment.
What proof do you need?
The $50.00 Alternative Cash Payment requires no proof. Reimbursement claims require documentation of expenses incurred as a result of the Data Incident.
