Oldcastle APG West, Inc. settled allegations that they violated Washington law, RCW 49.58.110, by not disclosing wage and benefits information on job postings for open Washington positions. Oldcastle APG West, Inc. denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

Who is eligible

People who applied for a job opening in Washington with Oldcastle APG West, Inc. and the other defendants between January 1, 2023, and April 28, 2026, where the job posting did not disclose the wage scale or salary range for the position.

How you get paid

All Settlement Class Members who submit a timely, valid Claim Form receive an equal share of the settlement fund. The estimated payment amount is printed on the Claim Form mailed with the notice. Payments are treated as non-wage damages (1099).

Proof required

No documentation of loss is required. You must complete and return the Claim Form you received with the notice, online, by email or by mail, by the deadline.
