Parks Heritage Federal Credit Union settled allegations that during a July 2024 targeted cyberattack on its computer systems, certain files that contained private information were accessed. Parks Heritage Federal Credit Union denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

A settlement over a July 2024 cyberattack on Parks Heritage Federal Credit Union's computer systems, in which files containing Social Security numbers and card and account details were allegedly accessed. Class Members can claim credit monitoring plus a cash payment.

All individuals residing in the United States whose Personal Information was compromised in the Data Security Incident experienced by Parks Heritage Federal Credit Union which began on or around July 17, 2024, until July 27, 2024, including all those who received notice of the incident.

How do you get paid?

Every Class Member may enroll in two years of CyEx Financial Shield Complete, which comes with $1 million of financial fraud insurance, plus either reimbursement of documented losses up to $4,500.00 (including lost time at $25.00 per hour for up to four hours, capped at $100.00), or a one-time alternative cash payment of $75.00.
