SpinX Games Ltd settled allegations that it violated Kentucky's gambling laws through the sale of virtual coins in the Games Slots. SpinX Games Ltd denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

A settlement for Kentucky players who bought virtual coins in Cash Frenzy, Lotsa Slots, Jackpot World, Jackpot Crush or Vegas Friends. The claim filing deadline of February 16, 2026 has passed.

All individuals who, in Kentucky — as reasonably determined by billing address information, IP address information, or other information furnished by SpinX — spent $5.00 or more within a 24-hour period on the games covered by the settlement during the class period.

How do you get paid?

The official site states that SpinX will establish a Settlement Fund totaling $285,500, out of which Settlement Class Member payments, administration and notice costs, any attorneys' fees and costs awarded by the Court and any incentive award will also be paid. It does not publish a per-person amount.
