How do you get paid?

All Settlement Class Members who submit a timely, valid Claim Form receive an equal share of the settlement fund. The estimated payment amount is printed on the Claim Form mailed with the notice. Payments are treated as non-wage damages (1099).

What proof do you need?

No documentation of loss is required. You must complete and return the Claim Form you received with the notice, online, by email or by mail, by the deadline.
