Reactor Inc., dba Vertical Hold Rock Climbing Gym settled allegations that it engaged in discriminatory conduct based on sex and/or gender identity by offering free or discounted admission to females for women's clinics, classes and events, while excluding males and non-binary persons. Reactor Inc., dba Vertical Hold Rock Climbing Gym denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.
A settlement for male and non-binary members of Vertical Hold Rock Climbing Gym, over women's-only clinics and events. Each Class Member who files a claim receives four day passes to Vertical Hold.

- Each Class Member who timely submits a valid Claim Form receives a Class Member Payment of four day passes to Vertical Hold.

- No documentation of loss is required. Complete and submit a Claim Form online or by mail by the deadline.
