the National Association of Realtors, Keller Williams, RE/MAX and Anywhere settled allegations that they conspired to reduce competition in the market for buyer-agent services, keeping buyer-agent commissions at artificially high levels and inflating the prices paid by home buyers. the National Association of Realtors, Keller Williams, RE/MAX and Anywhere denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

A settlement for home buyers, over an alleged conspiracy among the National Association of Realtors and major brokerages that kept buyer-agent commissions artificially high. Class Members who file a claim share the Net Settlement Fund.

Who is eligible?

Home buyers who used a buyer-agent and bought a home during the periods and in the states covered by the settlements, as defined on the official settlement website.

How do you get paid?

Each Class Member who submits a timely, valid Claim Form receives a share of the Net Settlement Fund. The final per-person amount is not known until the administrator determines how many valid claims were filed.

What proof do you need?

No documentation of loss is required. Submitting a valid Claim Form is the only way to receive a payment.
