eSupplements, LLC d/b/a Nutricost settled allegations that it violated the law by selling Nutricost Magnesium Glycinate Supplements marketed as 420 mg of magnesium as magnesium glycinate when, in fact, they were not. eSupplements, LLC d/b/a Nutricost denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.

A settlement over Nutricost Magnesium Glycinate Supplements sold in the 240 capsule and 120 capsule variants, which the official site says were marketed as 420 mg of magnesium as magnesium glycinate when, in fact, they were not.
