All persons residing in the United States who purchased admission tickets from www.ragingwaters.com between June 1, 2020, and June 22, 2026, and paid a “Processing Fee.” Those who opt out, governmental entities, the Parties’ lawyers, Festival Fun Parks and its affiliates and their employees, officers and directors, the presiding judge and staff, and anyone who already released these claims are excluded.

How do you get paid?

A cash Settlement Payment, by check or electronic payment. The amount of the Settlement Payment will depend on the proportion of total processing fees paid by each claimant, the number of eligible claimants, and other expenses associated with the Settlement. Class members who made more than one purchase only need to submit one Claim Form.
