The National Association of Realtors, et al. settled allegations in a case the official settlement website describes as follows: “The lawsuit claims that Defendants, including Higher Tech, eXp, Weichert, and Atlanta Communities, created and implemented rules that require home sellers to pay commissions to the broker or agent representing the buyer and that caused home sellers to pay total commissions at inflated rates.” The National Association of Realtors, et al. denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.
