Aidvantage TCPA Settlement
Maximus Education, LLC, dba Aidvantage settled allegations that it placed or caused to be placed automated calls to cellular telephone numbers that were not assigned to a current or former Aidvantage customer, in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Maximus Education, LLC, dba Aidvantage denies any wrongdoing and the court made no finding of liability.
A settlement over automated phone calls that Aidvantage allegedly placed to cellphone numbers not belonging to its customers, in breach of the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Class Members who file a claim share a $3,000,000 fund.

- Each Settlement Class Member who submits an approved Claim Form receives an equal share of the $3,000,000 settlement fund, after deduction of notice and administration costs, attorneys' fees and litigation costs.

- No documentation of loss is required. You must submit an approved Claim Form by the deadline.
